Sorry about your ungreatefulness, nevertheless we are worked hard to translate the content. In jedem Fertigungsbetrieb bildet die Produktion den Kernpunkt des Unternehmens. Oftmals treffen wir organisch gewachsen Strukturen an, die eine starke Verkrustung aufweisen. Ebenso sind die organisatorischen Strukturen nicht immer im Einklang mit der aktuellen Lehrmeinung.
Wir sind der Meinung, dass die Lehrmeinung nicht immer relevant ist, diese kann entsprechnede Impulse geben. Jedoch eine 1:1 Umsetzung konnten wir bis dato in keinem Betrieb antreffen. Entscheidender sind oftmals Ergebnisse die eine Produktion erzielt. Das bedeutet jedoch auch, dass gegebenenfalls die gesamte Produktionsstätte an Effektivität verliert, wenn eine Maschine durch eine neuere ersetzt wird.
Vielfach werden die einzelnen Wege und Schnittstellen zwischen den Maschinen / Abteilungen nicht berücksichtigt.
